Welcome!

I, God, welcome you to my blog!

The good book says only God is good, so it seems to me somebody needs to step up.

I hope you enjoy reading this, the Jesse Journal, as much as I have enjoyed writing it. Please feel free to subscribe, write me an email, request that I write about any particular topic you may want my perspective on, send a prayer, click on the charity link, or donate money to my bicycle fund! Have fun!

F.Y.I. There are about 2200 posts..

Here's a quote from Fyodor Dostoevsky to start things off right: Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.

Apathy

Not caring.  Begins with car.  I don’t have a car.  But I care.  Maybe I shouldn’t.   Everybody can fight for their own prosperity, well-being, in this free society.  I mean, if some homeless person doesn’t care, why should I?  They can go to pot, go to hell, go to their grave.  If someone needs help, they can get it.   I’m not gonna push it on them. People need to take the initiative, and go insane, if they can’t get food and shelter.  Insane people get medications, food, and shelter, as disabled individuals.   Criminals get incarceration.  We will get by.  We will survive.  Right?  And if you’re exceptional, people will fall in love with you. That’s the ticket to community, to happiness.  Or at least a dog will love you!  My name is Jesse.  My name isn’t Luka.  I live on the ground floor.  What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?  I don't know and I don't care.
