I googled the Ideal Weight Chart.
There's a range of weights, by height, and by sex.
I don't want to be overweight (or, even worse, obese)
(like the majority of Americans)
(S.A.D.: standard American diet)
I'm 6'1 (6'2?), and 230.
I should weigh around 200.
So I made a plan to lose 30 pounds.
1 pound of fat is 3500 calories.
My friend Sara said 1-2 lbs/week, of weight loss, is a good target.
Over that, is not recommended
So, I should get there in 4 months
I'll track my weight daily, and monitor progress on my calendar, like I do for blog traffic. I'll eat clean, eat less, and only eat when hungry. Plus exercise more. No soda, candy, ice cream, junk. Hopefully, gain muscle, too. That's the plan!!!
