Why I permit evil

If I made you incapable of doing evil, you would be terribly boring
For there to be heaven, there must be a hell
For there to be pleasure, there must be pain
For there to be freedom, there must be choice
For there to be good, there must be evil

For there to be love, there must be hate
For there to be kindness, there must be cruelty
For there to be joy, there must be sadness
For there to be knowledge, there must be ignorance
For there to be wealth, there must be poverty
For there to be life, there must be death

For there to be God, there must be a devil
Otherwise, there would be no "spice" in life
No eternal struggle between good and evil
And no learning of moral lessons

Let's presume "it's all good"
Either there would be no sickness, poverty, hatred, cruelty, pain, or death
Or these things would be good.
Either way, there would be nothing to fight against
God is a man of war, and god is good, so fighting is good
Therefore, this absolute good would in itself be evil.

Therefore, I permit a bit of evil.
(By the way, the ratio of evil acts to good is about 36:64)
There's a lot of room for improvement.
2:98 is about the ideal ratio.
