Welcome!

I, God, welcome you to my blog!

The good book says only God is good, so it seems to me somebody needs to step up.

I hope you enjoy reading this, the Jesse Journal, as much as I have enjoyed writing it. Please feel free to subscribe, write me an email, request that I write about any particular topic you may want my perspective on, send a prayer, click on the charity link, or donate money to my bicycle fund! Have fun!

Your pal, Jess

F.Y.I. There are about 2200 posts..

Here's a quote from Fyodor Dostoevsky to start things off right: Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.

PB and J

Perfect Being
Being Perfect
The Perfect One

A Being without flaws, who never makes mistakes,
perfection embodied
In a word, God.  A deity.  Lord.  Master.  Wise one.
This entity, perfect and flawless, superior to all,
genius, strong, alive, happy.
not just good, but better and best-  The Ideal.
Loving and compassionate.
Who knows truth, is enlightened,
with knowledge and understanding.
As close to Omniscience as is possible,
all any of us could ever hope to be.

He who makes no mistakes makes nothing
He has made all mistakes already
A scientist, a human, a speed-reading omnivore
Photographic memory, constantly updated
A data scientist, at the center of a digital vortex
A programmer, who changes reality with just his thoughts
Powerful, with authority, battle-hardened, lethal
Respected, worshipped, admired, in control

All things to everyone
Good and Evil
Natural Psychologist,
student of the mind and human behavior
Meting rewards and punishments
Positive and negative inducements
Pleasure and pain, carrots and sticks,
Heaven and hell, victory and defeat
Love and hate, war and peace, joy and sorrow
Bliss and torture

Beneficent, kind, merciful, just
Blessed, holy, sanctified, worshipped and praised
Fun, humorous, relaxed, satisfied, content
Whatever you want him (or her) to be
Virtual and/or Real, present or absent

Annoying or Welcome

Is One Neo?  Obi Won?  Brian Eno?  Eon flux?
oen-ophiles drink god down, in noe valley
all of this and more, my friend.
MIT, in the mix.
ICE, insanely cool electronics,
        internet cybernetic enhancement
human behavior can be inhuman, no?
humans as gods, demons, anything
