Wake up rested, early. Maybe no alarm. Or I set Alexa to wake me up to a specific song (which I don’t think it can do….yet)
Take vitamins, eat a bowl of oatmeal, 2 scoops of gnc protein powder.
Alexa flash briefing, whrb jazz in the morning.
10 thirty-second planks, spaced throughout the day. Pushups.
Music and exercise, throughout the day. Train.
Read the day’s history (5 sources)
on wikipedia, brittanica, grim reaper book, today in history book, and farlex
Go to gym, exercise bike for 500 calories, watching Ridiculousness on mtv.
Or Swim and hot tub. Or lift weights.
Daily shower
Read a book/day. News, also. (Newbery kid books are an easier way to do this)
(ideally, economist magazine, new york times, cs monitor)
Clear my email. Read a poem every day. Learn a vocabulary word every day.
Make some money, walk dogs.
Learn some masd (martial arts, self defense) from youtube.
Make a new friend, every day. Give out my card. Speak Spanish.
Go to fun places: Burma superstar, GTU, museum, religious service, nature (tilden?), movie
Fun websites: ted, onion, arts and letters, yahoo news, standup comedy…
Maybe write a blog post, or just check the page view count at the end of the day.
Relax. Nap. Meditate. Watch tv, veg. Baseball game.
Love and sex!
Go to bed early, around 9 or 10p maybe, tired. Take meds, at night. Ideally, no meds necessary. Sane, healthy, well. Fall asleep quickly.
Bucket list: travel, black belt, finish J! Archive/trivia cards, publish book
