The real reel, the weird movie we're in
‘Reality’ is a word that should always be used in quotes. Virtual reality is a kind of reality. Delusion is a virtual reality. Love is the highest reality. Reality is really real. Repetition makes things more “real”. I can’t bear being existence and reality. I’m for the fiction faction. The imagination is more real than my boring life. Books and music and movies are escape. Flow state and engagement in fun activities allow you to get lost. Dreams can be more real than your boring house. Realty relates to reality. Imaginary doesn’t necessarily mean unreal. Multiple universes could mean other heads, or other actual universes, far far away, that don’t interact with ours. No man is an island, but everyone is in their own world. Me and you are on the menu. God is gr-eat. Worm food. Nutritious, delicious, and fun to eat. Life is but a dream. Are we all hallucinating ourselves? Reality is God’s dream? The universe is contained in God’s skull? Nothing exists? Matter and antimatter annihilate each other. There are virtual particles. Light is a wave and a particle (photon). Light has no mass (and yet can push a solar sail). Heavy, man. Far out! Reality is all the God there ever is. When you die, God is dead. You are the master of your own domain. You steer your own ship. You are in control. Take charge. Or be a slave, a puppet, possessed, an avatar at best. You could even be a demon, a zombie, a vampire, a hellion, or the devil. Do you not know that you are not your own? -bible. If I can’t be my own, I’d feel better dead - Alice in Chains. Only God is good. Be good. I am.
How could being God possibly be considered insane? It’s the only form of sanity! You don’t have to think of yourself as God to be good of course. You don’t even have to play the role. Godless communism still had love in it, of course - and God is love. It’s really just semantics. You can love yourself, life, your life, virtue - and that’s enough. You don’t have to become a priest or get married or do anything you don’t love. L’chaim! To life! Life is short! Seize the day! If only God is good, then if you're being good, you're being God. Right!?
All the world's a stage. You can be your own director, producer, too. Your own life will go dark at the end, who knows how many watch your movie, but it's still a good idea to roll credits! Being God is being good. Which isn't saying much. Being "God" doesn't automatically make anything you do good. And everybody thinks they're good. And opinions on morality and ethics differ. But you get the idea. Good gawd, y'all!
Maybe I didn't say that clearly enough. Being good makes you God. But being God doesn't necessarily make you good. If you really think it's all good, then you have a problem. The law disagrees. Most people disagree. Your mom disagrees. I bet you do, too. Evil exists. Maybe that means God doesn't. Suit yourself! And I don't believe you have to be possessed to be good, either. As if everyone were pawns in a game between God and the Devil (!). You can dominate or submit to either. Or both. Or neither. Also, there's good, bad, in between, and neutral. Alright? What fun. Happy happy, joy joy.
