Welcome!

I, God, welcome you to my blog!

The good book says only God is good, so it seems to me somebody needs to step up.

I hope you enjoy reading this, the Jesse Journal, as much as I have enjoyed writing it. Please feel free to subscribe, write me an email, request that I write about any particular topic you may want my perspective on, send a prayer, click on the charity link, or donate money to my bicycle fund! Have fun!

Your pal, Jess

F.Y.I. There are about 2200 posts..

Here's a quote from Fyodor Dostoevsky to start things off right: Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.

Mortality Reality

 Fading Food

Worm food.  impermanent worms.  Today's predator is tomorrow's prey.  mortal sport.  evanescent edibles.  temporary tempura.  thyme time.   ower hour.    temporary scary.   going through anicca panic.  the presumption of consumption.  eaten meat.   transitory carnivore.   fleeting meat.  raiding the fridge - fading.   transitory cans.   brief beef.   short shortbread.  passing bass.  ephemeral emeril.  evanescent essence.  momentary dairy.  cursory nursing.  fugacious delicious.   botanical anicca.   flowers flow.   transient pansies.  mortal, chortling at the idea of a portal.   all things pass.   life will chew you up and spit you out.   pass through the ass.   a thought at mass, what a blast.   impermanent sermon.  life is incredible (and edible).  You're a snack - ack!  back in black, hard tack.   Meal, the deal, feel like an eel, before you keel (over).   Sushi, who's she?  A wish for fish, for food, dude.  male kale.  female ale.  a tall drink of water, a thirst for the worst.  chow now.  Vader, later. mortal torte.  hurting dessert.  limited pims.   Dead bread.   Bite me.  My name is Chuy.   Pronounced chewy.  Ooey gooey was a bear.  The butcher needs sutures.   The cannibal, an animal named Anne (I'm a fan).  Vampires suck, and fans blow.  Tesh flesh!? Ho! Whoa.  Eat me.  Take a bite out of crime.  Swallow a fellow.  Chew on Chuy.  Digest Jess T (jest?).  Anne Rice and anicca.   ick.  uh.   Food?  bag it, maggot.   Eat her, Peter.  Temporary hemp.

bite, chew, swallow, digest, shit.   She-it.   A Catholic mystery.  eucharist, chu a wrist?  christ, ew

happy halloween! randy for Candy.  sweetie, honey, sugar, flavor of the week,  eat them up yum, devil devours, consumed - your doom.  Wasted, for a taste.  Ciao, chow.

On the other hand, entertaining the possibility of heaven (immortal bliss):  live forever, forever young:  The Dreamworld!  (I think the dreamworld is the only afterlife we can hope to enter). So, perhaps consciousness persists, although fades and forgotten?  Religion makes beliefs "really real".   The Other Side:  live, awake/dreamtime.   dreaming of being a butterfly/the butterfly dreaming of being a man!  Life is but a dream (b.a.d?) (the dreamworld's dreamtime!).   The "dark side" of the earth.  (Jedi night and Pink Lloyd).  Dimensions, or the matrix, or other worlds (in space, like Avatar).   The Kingdom.  (Jesus as "hard to kill").  Virtual particles, popping in and out of existence.   Mind, code, dream, consciousness, holographic universe...  In that sleep of death, what dreams may come -Shakespeare.   Out of my depth.  Honda, deep (en espanol).  6 feet under.   intimations of immortality.  - Wordsworth... are there dinosaurs in heaven? do swatted flies have souls, too? ha
