daily exercise, constant improvement-
goal:
to be proud of my body, to set an example
to feel alive, get those endorphins flowing
to be healthy:
-to use physical health as a springboard to mental health.
also,
to be sexy, and to live long (and prosper!)
to be in superior shape and conditioning.
I am 6'1, and I weigh 210 now. I am 43 y.o.
I want to look like Rusty Jeffers in 10 years.
I'm wondering if that's even possible, for me
or for a vegetarian.
