Welcome!

I, God, welcome you to my blog!

The good book says only God is good, so it seems to me somebody needs to step up.

I hope you enjoy reading this, the Jesse Journal, as much as I have enjoyed writing it. Please feel free to subscribe, write me an email, request that I write about any particular topic you may want my perspective on, send a prayer, click on the charity link, or donate money to my bicycle fund! Have fun!

Your pal, Jess

F.Y.I. There are about 2500 posts..

Here's a quote from Fyodor Dostoevsky to start things off right: Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.

Hapi

You are free, have agency.  Do what you wanna do, say what you wanna say.   Be free, think and be what you want.   With freedom, to choose your own life.   Be around friends.   Fun activities, like reading books, going for a swim, having sex, riding roller coasters, going to concerts, movies, restaurants.   Eat what and how much you want.  Like ice cream, or baklava, or a steak, or sandwich, or sushi, or pizza, or nachos.  Travel to other countries.   Work out, and feel pumped.  Laugh, listen to stand up comedy.  Write your own book.  Surf the web, listen to new music, take a long satisfying nap.   Love life, don’t worry, be happy.  Meditate your way to enlightenment, Nirvana, bliss.  Make someone happy.   Love all, serve all.  Sleep, nap, dream, relax, sun yourself, have a beer.   Learn stuff, go to a class, teach stuff, be a role model.  Create the life you want.   Or, submit to someone else’s ideas, go with the flow, and see if THAT turns out any better.
