Diet (less sugar, more veggies/variety, less meat, vitamins, water, moderation - enough, not too much or too little, quantity/portion sizes and quality/freshness and lots of color, astragalus lengthens your telomeres, and there are lots of things, like beta blockers and whatnot, you could read science for daze). Exercise (not TOO strenuous, but you should sweat daily is a good rule of thumb, and aim for progress, growth, improvement, a goal. 'daily maintenance' is good, of course. Less Stress. Meditation, calm, equanimity. Also, being around healthy people and situations. Peace, prosperity. Play, positivity. Love, happiness, joy, fun, laughter. Touch, intimacy, support, communication. Nature, things like trees, water, horses, stars, campfires. Sleep, not too little or much, restful and satisfying. Go to bed tired, wake refreshed. That's all I got!
