What to do in jail

For Enjoyment, Pleasure, Fun, Staying Positive, Growth

1. Read

2. Write

3. Meditate

4. Make Friends (conversation with interesting people)

5. Get Fit, exercise

6. Help People (teach, share, care)

7. Learn Self-Defense, How to Fight

8. Relax, tv, music, sleep, nap

Positive role models for productive jail time include Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Roy Masters

Malcolm X read the dictionary (and much else?), MLK wrote 'Letter from Birmingham Jail', and Roy Masters served 30 days and had to be put in solitary because all the prisoners were fighting to be "unhypnotized" by him.   Someone who knows the Bible can guide others who seek spiritual guidance, say.   Or you can write a book (but they only give you a crappy pencil).
