What to Do

stir-crazy, cabin fever

consider it an Opportunity, even a Blessing, to be Grateful for.

20 THINGS TO DO:
1.Eat clean (eat and drink, pure)
2.Exercise  (you can walk or jog, outside, if you keep distance)
  (jumping jacks, jump rope, pushups, situps, crunches, planks, shakes, dance, weights) lose weight / gain muscle
3.Read (e.g. books, magazines, wikipedia, newspaper, kindle, email, poetry, blogs, yahoo, arts and letters, J! archive / trivia) peruse things like atlas, or dictionary, e.g.
4.Write!  start a blog, keep a journal, poetry, aim to publish, email, paper letters
5.Talk on phone , text , email, FaceTime
6.Social media: facebook, twitter, nextdoor
7.Listen to music (radio, echo)
8.Interrogate Alexa 
9.Shop from home, delivery, drop-off meals
10.Watch tv, movies, YouTube videos
11.Meditate
12.Masturbate, you wanker
13.Puzzles, games, draw, paint, knit, crafts; play with kids, read aloud
14.Surf the internet (youtube, wikipedia, ted, google, Joe frank, pinterest, instagram)
      Podcasts (surf random) (e.g. judge John hodgman)
      Multitask (eat/exercise with music) (talk while exercising)
      Standup comedy, Alexa jokes, south park, ridiculousness, 
          the onion, tonight show, daily show
      Learn, read, study, gain skills, improve yourself: take a class 
         (coursera, etc.). e.g. martial arts, self-defense;
          identifying plants; daily writing practice; new language
15. clean (dust, vacuum, sanitize), sweep, straighten, organize
16. get your shit together / throw shit out (sell on eBay?)
17.Work from home
18.Video games!
19.Reply to the census, online
20.Sleep, nap, rest, relax, do nothing, breathe, be
